The tools on this website perform arithmetic on figures you enter. They are preliminary and illustrative. In particular:

• They are not an approval, a pre-approval, a lender quote, or a commitment to lend.
• No lender has reviewed your information when you use them.
• They do not consider your income, credit history, existing debts, employment, the type or condition of your property, or any individual lender's criteria.

Whether financing is available to you, and on what terms, is determined by a lender following its own underwriting, appraisal and approval process. Nothing on this website changes that or binds any lender.

You agree that the information you enter is accurate and is yours to provide. Our estimates and our review depend entirely on it, so figures that are wrong or out of date will produce results that are wrong. If you enter information about a property you do not own, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.
